If you have a small business in Maui County, making local products, then there's a special grant to attend the Made in Hawaii Festival, August 16-18 on Oahu. It's a great expo that gets huge exposure from buyers and residents all over the state. I've actually been to the Made in Hawaii Fair years ago, and it was well-attended with a variety of hand crafts, art, jewelry, and food products including baking mixes and jams and jellies.
